I want to return my pieces, what do I do?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we want you to find the perfect fit for your body so we are happy to issue a store credit valid for 2 years.
You can lodge your return for a store credit by using our Australia Post Portal here. Return shipping costs: Customer's responsibility flat rate $14.95.

I have ordered the wrong thing! What should I do?
If you want to change your order we are happy to fix this for you as long as your order has not been dispatched, just send us an email ASAP at hello@jacelthelabel.com
I'm between sizes and not sure what to order?
We want to ensure your new Jacel garment is the perfect fit. Size dimensions are specified in each product description as well as our models size and height.

Where do you ship too and from?
We are based in Noosa QLD Australia, and ship around Australia, USA, and NZ.
How much is shipping?
FREE Standard Delivery on Australian orders over $130 AUD
$7.95 Standard Delivery on orders under $130 AUD
$10.95 Express Delivery on all orders
USA: Standard delivery of $15-20USD
NZ: Standard delivery of $12-15AUD
What are your delivery times?
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing your order, excluding public holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Our courier is Australia Post.
Standard Delivery within 3-6 working days from the day of dispatch.
Express Delivery within 2-3 working days (3-5 working days for regional areas) from dispatch
For NZ and USA we will monitor the next few orders and advise what we find. Approx 7-14 days.
My parcel has had an attempted delivery, what should I do?
Usually when there has been an attempted delivery of your parcel it is being held at your local post office for you to collect. The first thing you should do is contact your local post office and ask if they have any information about the parcel. Parcels are usually held for up to two weeks. Check your tracking for more info. If you have no luck, please send us an email at help@jacelthelabel.com

How should I wash my Jacel pieces?
To keep your Jacel garments looking their best we recommend giving them a gentle cold hand wash with mild detergent.
To machine wash, place your garments inside out and wash your garments on a gentle cold cycle with mild detergent. Wash with like colours.
We want you to get as much life out of your Jacel pieces as possible, so please handle them with love and care.
Where are your items made?
Our clothing is ethically made in India. Everyone we work with needs to have a SEDEX or BSCI audit certification to prove they have safe, fair, ethical working environments.
What are you doing to be more environmentally conscious?
We are plastic free and strive to use mostly natural fibres. Always avoiding polyester, and making sure our designs are timeless and can be worn for decades.
