RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we want you to find the perfect fit for your body so we are happy to issue a store credit valid for 2 years.
Any items purchased on sale or apart of an online sale are final sale and will NOT be approved for store credits, exchanges or refunds.
Jacel is not responsible for shipping charges related to the item/s being returned.
Return shipping costs: Customer's responsibility flat rate $14.95 Australia wide.
To be eligible for a store credit you must lodge your return within 14 days from receiving your parcel.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please reuse original packaging if possible.
In the rare instance you have received a faulty garment we will happily exchange or refund you in full, including postage. Please contact our customer care team hello@jacelthelabel.com with your order number and clear photos of damage/defects.
To complete your return
1. Please email us first at hello@jacelthelabel.com with your order number and reason why, so we can expect your package.
2. Lodge your return via our Australia Post Portal here for fast and easy returns.
3. Please include a note inside your parcel with your name and order number.
International orders
For NZ and USA returns, you will be unable to use the Australia Post portal. So please post it back using your own methods, and be sure to send us the tracking link so we can keep our eye out for it. And also complete steps 1 and 3 from above.
